REFUND POLICY

By placing an order, you confirm that: You have read, understood, and accepted these following policies:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging process has started, we can no longer cancel it.

Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. A full refund only applies to switch orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

2. RETURNS.

We only replace items if they are defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via our email address with a picture of the damaged/wrong item(s) and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange and to receive the return and/or exchange instructions

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color than the one you originally ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the wrong color/ design and its original packing within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement.

We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if are falls under the below criteria:

Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

We sent the wrong item - size, style, color

Defective item(s).

If the item(s) has defectiveness, you will have up to 2 days to contact us via our email support@cassetteus.com.

Once your damaged product(s) is inspected via video(s) & image(s), which is provided by the buyer. We will send out an email to notify you about the final decision related to your order.

(Please note that we only resolve you issue within 7 business days since the item is delivered)

3. REFUNDS

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund's approval or rejection.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

The frame time to receive refunds will take up to 5-7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cassetteus.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

Returns

To return your product, please contact us at support@cassetteus.com. We will help you with further action.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment):

70% of the total bill + Shipping cost to the US. You will receive the credit usually within 5 business working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

* Note: All consumer demand related to packages ( damaged goods, undelivered, etc.) will be reviewed if the buyer claims us by sending an email within 15 days. After that, CassetteUS assumes no responsibility for the buyer's claim.
